Using PayPlan1 is a convenient and easy way to pay your mortgage. This tutorial will show you how to set up automatic mortgage payments to draft from an eligible account at a financial institution, change the payment date, pay more toward the principal balance, and more.

Step 2
Click on My Mortgage account from the Accounts tab.
Note: If the account isn't in good standing you may not be able to manage your pay plan.
Step 3
Click on MANAGE PAYPLAN.
Step 4
Select the account that you would like to use in the Pay From section.
If you don’t have a Bank of America account, select Add an account from another bank.
Step 5
Payment date for your mortgage will default to the 1st of every month, but there are other options including Custom Date.
You can also add Additional Principal to help pay down your loan sooner.
Note: For HELOC pay plans the date shown will be your due date.
Step 6
Review the Electronic Service Agreement and confirm by checking the box. Then tap Continue.
Step 7
Review your PayPlan info and tap SET UP.
Step 8
Review confirmation page and click DONE.
