Going paperless for your statements and documents1 lets you view the same information that is on your paper statements, and it helps reduce the risk of lost or stolen mail.

Tap Menu.
Step 3
Tap Go Paperless under Statements and Documents.
Step 4
Select Bank of America under Paperless Settings.
Step 5
Select Go Paperless for all available accounts to default all statements and documents to electronic delivery only. Or, you can choose your preference between ONLINE & MAIL or ONLINE ONLY for each of your accounts. Click Save to confirm your settings.
Step 6
If you select ‘Online Only’ for your tax statement(s), you may see the Electronic Consent Disclosure. Review the disclosure thoroughly and tap the circle to consent. Then tap I accept.
Step 7
You will receive a confirmation at the top of the screen that your settings have been saved. Click the 'X' in the upper right-hand corner to dismiss or simply press the back arrow if you are done updating your settings.
