Misplacing a card is more common than it seems. Learn how to lock your debit card to help prevent unauthorized transactions and unlock1 once your card has been found.

Step 1

Log in to Online Banking.

Hover over the Accounts tab and select Manage card settings.

Step 3

Your ATM/debit card will automatically appear. Click on the Lock your card toggle.

Note: If you are unable to locate your card, you can order a new or replacement card on this screen. Click Order a new or replacement card and follow the prompts. If your card was lost or stolen, click Take action on a lost or stolen card and follow the prompts.

Step 4

Read through the terms and conditions and select Lock card.

Step 5

Your card is now locked. Once you’ve found your card, unlocking is just as easy. Simply follow the same process and click on the Lock your card toggle, changing it to Off.
