Accept your equity awards (if required by your plan)

You can accept awards granted to you through your company’s equity plan on Benefits OnLine®.

Step 1

Go to Benefits OnLine at the web address provided by Merrill or your employer. Please note, your screen may differ from the example shown.

Step 2

On the home page, select Accept your awards in the To Do section.

Step 3

Select the button next to the grant you want to accept. If you have multiple grants, you can only accept one at a time. Select Continue.

Step 4

Select the Grant Document(s) to review the details of your award. If there are multiple documents, you must select and review each one before you can accept your award.

Step 5

To Accept (or Reject) your award, select the button next to your choice. Select Continue.

Step 6

Review your information. You may need to enter your Benefits OnLine password to submit your election. Select Submit.
