We know how important security and convenience are to you and that’s why we’re giving you more tools to manage your security and simplifying the way you sign in to Online and Mobile Banking.Footnote 1
Here's what you'll see between now and the end of the year.
We're giving you additional tools to manage your account security, located conveniently in your new Security Center. In addition to us continuing to work behind the scenes to help keep your information safe, these tools include:
- The option to add extra security to help verify your identity with a one-time authorization code, which is sent by textFootnote 2 or email each time you sign inFootnote 3
More security settings and alertsFootnote 4, including the ability to:
- Remind yourself to change your Passcode every 90 days
- Receive a notification if an unrecognized computer or mobile device was used to sign in to your account
- The ability to see your recent sign-in history so you can monitor for suspicious sign-in activity.
Your Security Center will be located within 'Profile and Settings' in Online and Mobile Banking.
You’ll soon be able to sign in with one step by entering your Online ID and Passcode on the same page. SiteKey® — the image you now see before entering your Passcode — will no longer be part of the way you sign in to Online and Mobile Banking.
